Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Customer Success Plans: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement customer success strategies, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Build and Maintain Strategic Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
  • Proactively Anticipate and Address Customer Challenges: Analyze customer needs, identifying potential issues and developing proactive solutions to prevent churn.
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Teams: Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment and effective communication with customers.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of success in customer success, account management, or business development roles.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of the commodities, manufacturing, or sustainability industries.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
