What We Are Looking For:

The Sales Operations Specialist supports the Enterprise Sales Team by producing key deliverables and participating in projects that contribute to our revenue growth. This details-minded and data-driven individual loves diffing into processes and technology to understand where and how improvements can be made and makes key impacts wherever they can. This position will report to our London office at least 3 days a week.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Maintain high quality of data accuracy, consistency and traceability through the sales process, documenting and educating the teams where necessary on data and data definitions.
  • Identify areas of inefficiency in our sales process and propose solutions and workflows that would increase revenue, resolve problems, optimize key metrics, eliminate bottlenecks, improve productivity and overall performance.
  • Extract meaningful insights from analytical research and convert them into actionable business proposals.
  • Maintain and report on sales activity data to support strategic sales planning
  • Drive operational excellence and discipline across all aspects of sales.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on order management process and best practices, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders
  • Analyze order data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Other duties as assigned and related to the nature of this role and company initiatives.

This is an individual contributor role and will report to our head of sales operations.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience is strongly recommended.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, customer success, or a similar role is required. Current and/or prior professional working experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Clari, and other integrations is strongly preferred.
