Sales Operations Specialist Role

We are seeking a driven, organized, and detail-focused professional to become part of our team as a Sales Operations Specialist. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual keen to understand the nuances of our lighting products. The position entails managing the entire order lifecycle, from initial quotations to fulfillment, ensuring excellent customer service and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and deliver precise quotations.
  • Oversee the complete order lifecycle, from customer requests to order confirmation.
  • Enter new customer information into the database.
  • Manage quotes within our ERP system, processing sales and purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with various internal and external partners.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding order progress and delivery updates.
  • Ensure customer data is current in the system.
  • Review sales and purchase orders for accuracy to avoid delays.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Degree in business administration, sales operations, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in order management or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with ERP and project management tools is advantageous.
