About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Daisy Communications. As a key member of our Inbound Sales team, you will provide operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of our sales services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Support: Provide day-to-day administration and operational sales support to the Inbound Sales Team, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Process Improvement: Work closely with the sales team department manager to drive process improvement across the team, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to increase efficiency.
  • Customer Escalations: Ensure customer escalations, disputes, and failed orders are dealt with in a timely manner, which may require speaking to customers to resolve issues.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create sales and operational reports as requested by line manager or Head of Channel, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our fulfilment team to assist in following up on accounts that are in provisioning or rejected status, and assist sales agents and management with operational enquiries.
  • Compliance and Audits: Ensure all compliance processes are followed, carrying out sales audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Investigations and Analysis: Assist with and lead sales investigations, analyzing data and providing recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Highly Organized and Proactive: The successful candidate will be a highly organized, pro-active, and responsible self-starter who can multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Strong Initiative and Communication Skills: Ability to demonstrate a desire to improve all areas of operation, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience and Qualifications: Experience of working in a busy sales office is desirable, with a strong understanding of sales operations and customer service principles.
  • Team Player: A good communicator who can manage challenging sales people, with a willingness to take on additional tasks as and when required.
  • Positive Attitude and Role Model: Demonstrate a positive attitude at all times, with a willingness to take responsibility for own actions and development.
