Sales Operations Specialist

The Sales Operations Specialist will collaborate closely with various departments, including Finance and Production, to deliver a thorough pre- and post-sale service to our global sales teams.
You will serve as a key resource for our CRM, overseeing the sales team's utilization of the system to ensure compliance with company standards, enabling accurate tracking and analysis of all pertinent data.
This role will also engage with the Business Systems team to synchronize CRM functionalities and processes with the evolving requirements of the sales operations.
This is a full-time permanent role based in our London office, following a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, managing daily administrative tasks on essential systems.
- Support the operational sales cycle, including extracting system statistics and updating relevant sales documents and systems.
- Oversee the quality of sales team data, including invoice information, and manage the team's use of the CRM/Booking system.
- Identify and implement process enhancements, developing sales department policies, training manuals, and resource materials.
- Understand client requirements and direct them to the appropriate sales team, collaborating with colleagues to expand the prospects database.
- Generate pipeline and sales reports, conducting analysis and preparing monthly and quarterly presentations.
- Assist in creating regional sales tracking documents and developing sales forecasting models and data.
- Act as a liaison between operations and the sales team for technical inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Experience in an office support capacity.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Understanding of data quality and adherence to minimum data sets.
- Experience supporting senior management and sales teams is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is desirable but not mandatory.
