Role Summary
In the capacity of a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in gathering, interpreting, and delivering insights derived from data concerning sales and marketing effectiveness, industry dynamics, and client satisfaction, among other critical areas. You will collaborate with the Sales Operations team, working in conjunction with the Sales Operations Manager.
Your profile is characterized by a strong analytical mindset and a focus on customer needs, enabling you to utilize a diverse range of external resources, interests, and research to devise innovative solutions for established challenges. You are authentic, imaginative, self-driven, and adept at navigating uncertainty in a high-pressure and dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive analysis, actionable data, and insights aimed at enhancing sales and marketing productivity.
- Regularly assess and deliver insights on pipeline development, quality, and sales outcomes.
- Assist the Sales Operations Manager with operational processes (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews, Pipeline and Forecast Assessments) and strategic projects.
- Engage with various departments within the organization to influence initiatives and foster change.
- Conceive innovative strategies to refine the operational framework and rhythm of the division.
Qualifications for Success
- A Bachelor's Degree is essential; degrees in quantitative fields (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Finance) are preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Business/Sales Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or related fields is required.
- Experience in the IT/Software sector and/or B2B Sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or SQL is a plus.
- Strong business insight, analytical capabilities, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Ability to convey clear and concise information to management and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent execution, prioritization, and time management skills, with the ability to effectively handle ambiguity.
