Sales Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our sales team at Orfium. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for streamlining and supporting all aspects of the sales process. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the sales team, including Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), operate efficiently and have the tools, resources, and insights they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales data and optimize processes to improve sales performance
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards on sales performance, pipeline status, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Assist in developing accurate sales forecasts by analyzing trends, pipeline activity, and historical data
  • Manage and implement sales tools and platforms to enhance sales productivity
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training for new sales team members

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales operations, ideally in a tech or SaaS company
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience required) and familiarity with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making
  • Experience in optimizing sales processes and workflows, with a track record of implementing systems that improve efficiency
