Company Overview

As a founder-led, profitable, and expanding organization, we are seeking Sales Operations Specialists to join our team of professionals dedicated to assisting Canonical's sales teams in achieving their business objectives. The Sales Operations team is instrumental in driving ongoing process enhancements and ensuring data integrity to facilitate accurate order processing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership qualities, taking the initiative to refine team operations while upholding compliance and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all facets of daily sales operations on a global scale.
  • Verify opportunity details for precision and facilitate order provisioning upon successful deal closure.
  • Assist the Sales Operations Manager in enhancing sales data quality and operational processes.
  • Provide reports on data quality metrics to executive stakeholders.
  • Design and implement surveys, establishing metrics for executive-level insights.
  • Support the global sales team with CRM and other sales operations tools.
  • Deliver sales performance metrics, dashboards, and various analytical tasks as needed.
  • Lead initiatives to automate and streamline the Lead to Order process.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding academic performance from secondary school and university.
  • Experience in a sales operations or sales order processing capacity.
  • Background in a technology subscription-based environment.
  • Proven track record in driving improvements in data quality.
  • Dynamic, thoughtful, and systematic approach focused on sustainable and scalable outcomes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels on a global scale.
  • Proficient in managing cross-functional communication, particularly with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for company events.
