About the Role: As a Medical Sales Representative - Vascular Access Specialist, you will be responsible for selling medical solutions into the operating theatre and critical care sectors. You will work closely with our client, a leading Medical Device company, to develop and execute a territory growth plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory growth plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the NHS and private hospitals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- At least 18 months of business-to-business field sales experience from a respected company.
- FORMAL SALES TRAINING is a must.
- A hunger to succeed and a drive to exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel extensively.
