Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team. This role is pivotal in optimizing our sales workflows from the initial lead stage through to Customer Success, enhancing the efficiency of our Sales and Customer Success teams.

Your contributions will be vital in supporting our expanding revenue organization, consistently driving operational excellence and efficiency. Initially, your focus will be on the concluding phases of the sales process, from quote generation to invoicing. The impact of your work will significantly influence the quality and speed of deal closures, contributing to the overall success of the organization. There is potential for future involvement in additional projects related to internal sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and validate sales agreements to ensure precision and compliance. Collaborate with legal and finance departments to manage contract revisions and approvals.
  • Act as a trusted consultant to the Sales team in structuring intricate deals and managing deal entries in our CRM (Salesforce). Ensure alignment of deals with company policies and strategic objectives.
  • Oversee accurate deal entries in the CRM (Salesforce) through various reporting mechanisms. Identify potential discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues or provide insights on sales enablement.
  • Facilitate the streamlining and automation of processes for non-standard deal policies and approval workflows.
  • Offer general support for common CRM (Salesforce) inquiries and basic troubleshooting.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in deal desk, contract management, sales, operations, or analytical roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Strong comprehension of sales processes and contract management.
  • Quick learner with analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Collaborative team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is essential.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, particularly with advanced formulas, is advantageous.
