Winner of the Global Recruiter 'Best Start-up Agency Award' for 2023, Techfueld is looking to build on its impressive entry into the market and hire an Operations Executive to support the Co-founders in building the platform for serious growth over the next few years.

Job Summary:

The role of Operations Executive will be a key hire into the business, and suit an ambitious and driven individual who wants to build a best-in-class Operations function from scratch and play a pivotal part in Techfueld's future success.

The role will be wide-ranging from providing essential day-to-day administrative support to the Co-Founders and Consultants to working on business-critical transformation projects as the business grows.

As a testament to their commitment to success, Techfueld Co-founders are looking to make this hire early on in their journey to allow them to build robust operating processes and a stable foundation for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management & Administration
  • Managing suppliers & any external parties
  • Managing IT support
  • PA duties for the Co-Founders
  • Incentive & travel booking
  • Responsibility for creating a positive and engaging office environment for a sales-focused business
  • People & Talent
  • Supporting the development of L&D programmes & creating tracking processes
  • Supporting managers on monitoring KPIs
  • Supporting the development and execution of Performance management policies
  • Onboarding new starters
  • Managing Rec2Recs and supporting TA processes
  • Marketing
  • Managing all social media accounts
  • Creating content in line with the overall marketing strategy
  • Creating marketing materials to support consultants in pitches and business development
  • Researching relevant industry awards and writing entries
  • Creating 'Work for Us' campaigns to support internal hiring
  • Managing the website including adding new content, adverts & dealing with any inquiries
  • Systems & Reporting
  • Taking ownership of optimising the CRM usage
  • Create value-adding reports and data to support Board decisions
  • Research & implement any relevant new technologies
  • Finance
  • Raising invoices & credit control
  • Generating Payroll & Commission files for accounts
  • Maintaining key forecasting and projection documents for the Board.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Must have worked in the Recruitment Sector.
  • 1-2 years experience in an Operations, Administration, or Office Management Role.
  • Nice to Haves: Marketing, HR, or basic Finance experience.
  • Experience with recruitment CRMs (ideally Vincere)

Skills:

  • Solid numerical abilities, with comfortable excel skills. Strong abilities to interpret data.
  • Highly organised & process driven.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator.
  • Exceptional problem-solving & multi-tasking abilities.
