Position: Inside Sales Account Manager (Hybrid)

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will report to the Inside Sales Manager and play a key role in fostering a dynamic and positive atmosphere. Your primary responsibilities will involve acquiring new customers by generating qualified appointments that align with business targets. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement at our office in Stratford, London.

Your Responsibilities

  • Engage in effective conversations with prospects and customers to secure appointments that drive sales of Quadient's offerings.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with the sales team to ensure successful conversion of appointments into sales, utilizing a consultative approach to understand customer needs.
  • Maintain a positive and adaptable demeanor while delivering high-quality appointments and exceptional customer service to all clients.

Your Profile

  • Preferably, you possess a minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience. However, a positive attitude and a drive to excel can outweigh this requirement.
  • Your enthusiasm, goal-oriented mindset, and passion for success set you apart.
  • Display a positive outlook that motivates those around you and exhibit strong relationship-building skills.
  • Natural ability to initiate conversations with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
