We are in search of a proactive and results-oriented Sales Operations Business Partner for Inside Sales to become a vital member of our team. In this position, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, enhance sales processes, and empower our inside sales team to achieve exceptional outcomes. Your role in our mission

  • Partner with senior leadership to formulate and implement innovative sales strategies, confidently challenging ideas and influencing decision-making.
  • Examine sales data to identify key trends and deliver actionable insights that inform strategic choices.
  • Continuously enhance and streamline sales processes to ensure efficiency and maximize tool utilization.
  • Create and present impactful sales performance reports to stakeholders, driving informed actions.
  • Equip the inside sales team with advanced training, tools, and resources to boost performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on ambitious objectives and forward-thinking strategies.

Valued skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Several years of practical experience in sales operations or sales support.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a comprehensive understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage and challenge senior leadership effectively.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about driving sales excellence and innovation.
