About the Role

As the Director of Sales Operations for EMEA, you will report directly to our VP of Sales, Head of International. This role is crucial for driving customer success and operational excellence within our EMEA Enterprise business segment. You will be a trusted advisor to field sales and leadership, bridging the gap between sales and operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to field sales and leadership in EMEA, driving customer success at every stage.
  • Develop, track, and manage the forecast process, performance analysis, and key metrics (KPIs) to ensure accuracy for the VP and Head of International.
  • Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to execute annual planning initiatives, including sales capacity planning, territory management, compensation plan design, quota setting, and more.
  • Lead pipeline performance analysis to identify areas of concern, best practices, and actionable feedback for the sales team. Drive data gathering, reporting, and improvements in sales analytics.
  • Implement best practices and standardize sales processes, ensuring repeatability and scalability.
  • Align the Sales team with overall company objectives and priorities.
  • Utilize data and qualitative information to drive and optimize business performance.
  • Structure and evaluate business problems, design actionable recommendations, and track success metrics.
  • Define programs and processes that promote new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling in conjunction with customer success initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales strategies and objectives.
