About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Senior Lead to join our team at dunnhumby, a global leader in Customer Data Science. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in driving commercial success and enabling our sales teams to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing Sales Insights: You will work closely with our sales teams to provide in-depth analysis of sales performance across clients and categories, identifying opportunities to grow sales and driving business growth.
  • Reporting and Analytics: You will partner with our finance and product teams to develop dashboards and reporting frameworks, providing critical insights into sales performance to all levels of the organization.
  • Sales Process Optimization: You will use data to analyze sales KPIs across teams and product areas, identifying areas for improvement and driving process efficiencies.
  • Tooling and Technology: You will develop an in-depth understanding of our sales tracking and CRM systems, helping to define requirements for future tooling and ensuring seamless integration with our sales operations.
Requirements
  • Commercial Experience: You will have a strong commercial background and proven experience in partnering with sales teams to drive commercial success.
  • Media Sales Expertise: You will have a comprehensive understanding of digital or retail media advertising ecosystems.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: You will be an effective leader and collaborator, able to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
