Sales Operations Leader

Antony James Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Operations Leader with expertise in Managed Print Services to enhance our client's team.

This role offers a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, which is negotiable for the ideal candidate.

The successful Sales Operations Leader will be instrumental in boosting revenue and profitability by effectively managing client relationships, leveraging Managed Print Services experience, generating new business leads, qualifying potential clients, and overseeing the sales of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and assess sales strategies and models for effectiveness
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Surpass personal and team sales objectives as the Sales Operations Leader
  • Conduct thorough research on accounts and pursue sales leads
  • Participate in meetings, sales events, and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends
  • Provide management with reports and feedback utilizing financial statistical data

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in Field Sales with a stable career history
  • Proven background in Managed Print Services is essential
  • Broader experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments is advantageous
  • History of consistently exceeding sales quotas
  • Familiarity with various sales methodologies and pipeline management
  • Proficient in using diverse IT software applications
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven and motivated individual
