About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Strategy and Enablement Leader to join our EMEA team at AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) - F93. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, driving business growth, and leading a large, multi-layered organization across 20+ countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the VP EMEA and EMEA leadership team to define and execute the sales strategy
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design, develop, and maintain forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions
  • Lead initiatives across the WW Operations group and participate in the team
  • Develop and propose annual goals, budgeting, and ongoing forecasting processes
  • Lead the development and provision of routine and ad-hoc analytic reports to senior management regarding business development initiatives, customer segment performance, performance against goals, etc.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of existing and emerging 3rd party data sources as needed for analytics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Significant experience in a senior leadership role in Finance, Sales Operations, Business Development, or other related fields
  • Proven experience with the development and implementation of systems/tools utilized for CRM, sales compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, sales force automation, etc.
  • Expert level in Excel and Data query tools
  • Strong business-process design experience
  • Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results
  • Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree
