Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industry Enablement Lead to join our AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive enablement strategy to drive sales growth and customer success in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales enablement strategy to drive sales growth and customer success in the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective execution of enablement initiatives.
  • Design and deliver training programs, sales tools, and content to equip sales teams with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively sell AWS solutions.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and provide insights to inform future strategy and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure our enablement strategy remains relevant and effective.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
  • Experience in finance, business management, and sales operations.
