About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industry Enablement Lead to join our AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive enablement strategy to drive sales growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales enablement programs to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs, sales tools, and content
  • Conduct sales readiness assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Measure and analyze sales performance data to inform enablement strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our sales teams are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
  • Experience in finance, business management, and sales operations
