Job Title: EMEA Field Enablement Lead for Professional Services

At AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch), we are seeking an experienced individual to join our EMEA Field Enablement Team as the Enablement Lead for our Professional Services organization. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a field enablement strategy that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute a field enablement strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and manage cross-functional programs that drive business results
  • Partner with leaders across geographies and business units to address key priorities and drive business growth
  • Use data and analytics to guide an effective enablement strategy and report on insights
  • Manage all stages of large enablement programs to meet business goals and objectives
  • Communicate regularly with leadership and stakeholders to articulate enablement impact and value

Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Background in developing and implementing systems/tools for CRM and sales processes
  • Experience working in Enablement or Professional Services in a large organization
  • Ability to present to senior leadership and communicate effectively
