The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales Enablement and a deep understanding of professional services operations. They will be responsible for translating business needs into a field enablement strategy, leading cross-functional programs, and optimizing processes to improve team efficacy and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a field enablement strategy for the Professional Services organization
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and manage cross-functional programs
  • Partner with leaders across geographies and business units to address key priorities
  • Use data to guide an effective enablement strategy and report on insights
  • Manage all stages of large enablement programs to meet business goals
  • Communicate regularly with leadership and stakeholders to articulate enablement impact
