About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industry Enablement Lead to join our AWS EMEA team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing enablement strategies to drive growth and sales effectiveness across our EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute enablement programs to strengthen selling capabilities and accelerate new hire sales readiness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies
  • Partner with sales leadership and management to drive business impact and growth
  • Utilize data analysis and CRM tools to inform enablement strategies and measure program effectiveness
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience with sales CRM tools and Microsoft Excel
  • Proven track record of defining, refining, and implementing sales processes and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a high-growth, technology company
  • Background in finance, business management, and sales operations
