About the Role

AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Central Region team. As a key member of our Sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption of AWS services among our largest and fastest-growing customers in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with experience in managing high-performing teams and driving revenue growth in complex sales environments. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue growth and adoption targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales enablement and customer success

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with experience in managing high-performing teams
  • Experience in complex sales environments, with a strong understanding of cloud technology and sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
