Job Title: EMEA Sales Operations Specialist

AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in EMEA. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, adoption, and customer satisfaction across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Annual Planning and Enablement: Collaborate with Sales Operations leadership to identify and address operational challenges, implement best practices, and develop actionable insights to support annual planning activities.
  • Sales Support Systems and Processes: Provide enablement and support of specific mechanisms used to manage the Sales and Sales Operations businesses, including CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, and Salesforce automation.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Create insightful analysis, reports, and dashboards to accelerate information-to-action at scale, and develop relationships and processes with sales, sales operations, and other stakeholders to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis and Projects: Prepare ad hoc analysis and participate on projects as needed, and be an expert in analytics tools required to support Sales and Sales Operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, and business analytics.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
