Job Summary

We are in search of a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Account Executive to become part of our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your Role in Our Mission:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance relationships with a designated portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts by establishing and nurturing new contacts.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of Iron Mountain's key messages and value propositions, effectively communicating them to clients and prospects.
  • Lead the process of managing and finalizing new business-to-business (B2B) opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve volume and revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Maintain detailed records using the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Consistently meet targeted activity levels such as calls, emails, and quotations on a weekly basis.

Valued Skills and Experience:

  • A proven history of identifying potential clients, negotiating agreements, and closing sales; including prospecting, lead qualification, and effective communication skills to articulate the value proposition of Iron Mountain's products and services.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships; understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and being responsive to inquiries and concerns.
  • Deep knowledge of the products and services offered; understanding features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively position them in the market and address client needs.
  • Strategic thinking with experience in developing long-term account plans and identifying growth opportunities within your client base; analyzing market trends, anticipating client needs, and devising strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; capable of prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and balancing competing demands to effectively serve clients and achieve sales targets.
