Our client, a well-established Tour Operator, is seeking an Inside Sales & Administration Specialist to collaborate closely with their Sales Leadership and Business Development Manager.

Your Role:

  • Act as the main administrative liaison between the Sales Head, Business Development team, and essential partners.
  • Assist the Sales Head with scheduling, communication, and various administrative responsibilities.
  • Organize and manage meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Help prepare and distribute sales reports, performance metrics, and trading analyses for the Business Development team.
  • Engage with key partners and consortia, providing trading analyses, override reports, and marketing campaign support.
  • Coordinate and manage B2B travel agent and B2C consumer events.
  • Facilitate travel agent Familiarization (FAM) trips.
  • Enhance brand visibility across key partner accounts, serving as a primary contact for daily sales operations.
  • Strengthen relationships and drive growth with key B2B accounts through regular communication and insightful updates on their performance.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to deliver on agreed commercial terms.
  • Communicate and assess ROI on joint marketing initiatives with key partners.
  • Support the broader sales team to maximize resources and achieve overall objectives.
  • Ensure marketing materials are effectively utilized, securing prominent placement in key B2B account agencies.
  • Streamline inside sales processes to enhance efficiency across the division.
  • Organize and support the distribution of weekly and monthly reports to the internal sales team, equipping them with the necessary tools to meet their goals.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A detail-oriented, dynamic, and results-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales support and administrative roles.
  • Proven background in the travel industry, with a preference for B2B experience.
  • Familiarity with account management and the ability to collaborate with remote teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, showcasing strong organizational abilities.
  • A solid understanding of the company’s culture and values.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver on various objectives.
  • Experience in event planning or coordination is advantageous.
  • Capable of producing comprehensive and insightful reports for broader teams.
  • A confident problem solver with the ability to communicate effectively with key accounts.
  • Adept at identifying issues and their root causes, applying feedback swiftly to resolve challenges.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and confidentiality while supporting company values.
  • Open to change, fostering innovation, and effectively managing pressure and conflict.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel), Salesforce, and various digital tools.
  • Flexibility in working hours may be required for event organization and facilitation.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £30,000.
  • Hybrid working model – 2 days in the office, 3 days remote.
  • Standard working hours from Monday to Friday.
