About the Role

United Airlines is seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing inside sales responsibilities for assigned and unassigned accounts, assisting region customers with all sales needs, and supporting assigned Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inside sales responsibilities for assigned and unassigned accounts, including bookings, rate quotes, pricing, and billing problems.
  • Support assigned Account Executives by handling all incoming sales matters for accounts assigned to them.
  • Proactively manage House Accounts and High Value Shipments, establishing outcall programs to increase region revenue and managing unique and high value bookings.
  • Assist Account Executives with Market Value Pricing Program, telemarketing, contract rate agreements, special pricing initiatives, and promotional trade shows.
Requirements
  • High School or equivalent.
  • Reservations or equivalent customer interactive experience.
  • Computer booking system experience.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom for any employer without sponsorship.
  • Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification.
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or related experience.
  • Knowledge of cargo sales/freight forwarding industry.
