About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team at Accruent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our software solutions footprint in our target markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and sell into existing accounts.
- Work closely with senior-level decision makers at global brands to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Lead account relationships, prospect profiling, and run full sales cycles to close.
- Maintain a rolling 4Q pipeline and engage with cross-functional resources to drive pipeline growth.
- Be proficient in Accruent's solutions and articulate their value to customers.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2+ years of prior B2B software sales experience.
- Experience selling into the Fortune 500, Enterprise, with Mid-Market space preferred.
- Consistent track record of achieving/exceeding sales quota and market share goals.
- Technically adept in virtual sales with solution seller mentality.
- Ability to own a balanced and accurate pipeline and maintain a bookings forecast.
- Understanding of financial terms, business processes, and value selling.
