Your role in our mission

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute innovative sales strategies, leveraging data to drive informed decisions.
  • Analyze sales data to uncover key trends and provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • Continuously refine and optimize sales processes to ensure efficiency and maximize tool utilization.
  • Develop and deliver impactful sales performance reports to stakeholders, driving informed actions.
  • Empower the inside sales team with cutting-edge training, tools, and resources to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on ambitious goals and forward-thinking strategies.

Valued skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Several years of hands-on experience in sales operations or sales support.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to engage and challenge senior leadership effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about driving sales excellence and innovation.
