This role is a hybrid working role and is based at our office in Shoreham-by-Sea for a minimum of one day a week. As a Senior Caseworker in the Hate Crime Team you will: Effectively lead and develop a high quality, innovative and pro-active hate crime service for victims and witnesses.Manage a team of specialist hate crime caseworkers, providing regular supervision, case management review and support. Have experience in working with vulnerable adults and/or familiesEnsure that services are delivered in accordance with the service specification and performance targets set by the services funders, in line with Victim Support's policies, procedures, business process and plan.Ensure that the service prioritises the safety, security and dignity of service users.Provide advice and guidance on risk, safeguarding issues and information sharing GDPR concerns.Have a successful track record of building effective working relationships across internal and external stakeholders.About Us:
