About This Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Caseworker to join our Employment, Training, and Education (ETE) team. In this role, you will play a vital part in guiding clients towards sustainable employment by developing personalized pathways and providing comprehensive support.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with partner agencies, internal teams, and referral organizations to identify and receive appropriate client referrals.
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments to create realistic individual action plans, regularly reviewing and updating them to ensure progress.
  • Provide one-on-one and group support sessions to equip clients with the skills and confidence needed for successful employment.
  • Actively assist clients in navigating available resources and support systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and potential work placement hosts to create valuable opportunities for clients.
  • Lead and mentor volunteer Peer Advisors, providing guidance and support in their role within the project.
  • Contribute to monitoring information and the evaluation of the ETE program.

  • A collaborative and professional approach to work.
