Job Opportunity: HR Consultant - Housing Department

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team at Voxconsultants as an HR Consultant in our Housing Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our department by driving strategic HR initiatives and providing expert advice and support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training and Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of our staff, with a focus on upskilling teams and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  2. Casework Management: Handle complex HR casework, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management, providing expert advice and support to managers and staff while ensuring compliance with employment law and organisational policies.
  3. Strategic HR Support: Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with departmental goals, contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our Housing Department.
  4. Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that support a high-performance culture and meet the specific demands of the housing sector.

Requirements:

  1. CIPD Level 7 Qualification: Essential for demonstrating your advanced HR knowledge and capabilities.
  2. Extensive HR Experience: Proven track record in both learning and development, as well as handling complex casework within a challenging environment.
  3. Sector Knowledge: Previous experience working within a housing or public sector setting is highly desirable, given the unique challenges and demands of the role.
