As a Senior Manager, you will be pivotal in supervising our personnel and ensuring effective delivery through strategic project and resource management. • Develop and implement project plans, managing multi-disciplinary teams and external consultants as necessary.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the interdependencies, strategic connections, and stakeholders pertinent to your project delivery.
  • Exhibit excellent drafting and presentation skills to convey evidence-based conclusions and recommendations on complex issues to diverse audiences.
  • Lead the formulation of policies and processes to facilitate the work of the Casework and Enforcement division, collaborating across the organization as needed.
  • Serve as a People Leader and/or Project Manager, managing budgets and, when appropriate, overseeing personnel management responsibilities.
  • Provide visible leadership and mentorship to the Casework & Enforcement team, fostering the professional development of junior members.

Person Specification:

  • Demonstrated success in applying legal and analytical frameworks to achieve favorable outcomes in large or complex investigations and policy projects.
  • Proven experience in effectively planning, prioritizing, and managing the delivery of extensive projects and programs, including leading multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Expertise in identifying, analyzing, and accurately interpreting various data and insights to support evidence-based decision-making on complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to build and sustain constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, influencing and collaborating effectively to achieve desired results.
  • Degree-level qualification in an analytical discipline or equivalent relevant experience in an analytical/legal/economic role.
