Overview

As a Senior HR Consultant at CRA GROUP LIMITED, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our HR Advisers, Assistants, and Trainees while also stepping in for senior HR leadership as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Oversee the HR advisory team, ensuring effective support and development of junior staff.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with senior management to understand departmental needs and challenges, facilitating operational and strategic improvements.
  • Case Management: Handle complex HR cases, including organizational changes and workforce transitions, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Expert Guidance: Provide comprehensive advice on a variety of HR matters, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, and organizational design.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing HR services and implement initiatives that drive performance and engagement.

  • Extensive experience in managing intricate HR casework, particularly in local government settings.
  • A strong track record of working collaboratively with management, employees, and unions to enhance service delivery.
