For Takeda UK we are looking for a

CRM Data Specialist

in a permanent position/ full time at the Paddington location.

Acting as a Data steward for all data hygiene, data governance and process governance within the CRM system and surrounding Veeva/Salesforce ecosystem. Our CRM Data Specialist is central point of contact for Rare Disease and Oncology business units. He / she is CRM Product owner of "Next Best Action" suggestion and AI projects across Oncology.

Your tasks in detail:

Lead communications and change management to the business regarding technical CRM and technical platformsAct in a supportive role on high level projects in line with EUCAN Data governance strategiesDelivery of training to the new and existing field-based and head office associates on use of the CRM platform and maintenance of training materials across commercial and medical rolesDefine and perform data hygiene and data quality analysis; identifying data quality issues and providing potential solutions to resolve them.Responsibility for roll out and support of medium to long term data change projects.Ensure compliance and alignment of the customer relationship management platform with the pharmaceutical industry's regulations.Your profile: A bachelor's degree in Life Science, Business Administration, Data Science, Economics or equivalentA few years of experience working in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare sector with strong track record analytics responsibilities, possibly including but not limited to commercial and market analytics, next best action, data science initiatives are preferred.Strong knowledge of Salesforce/Veeva CRM data or similar CRM experiences requiredData management and data governance/process governance experienceStrong knowledge of PowerBI / Tableau or equivalent data visualisation toolsAbility to explore, interpret and critically analyse data from diverse sources, to translate user stories and requirements into user-friendly functionalities.Structured and process-oriented thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, technology proficiency, and a can-do attitude.Solid communicator with strong influential skills, strong ability to work in a teamStrong business acumen with sense of prioritization
