Blue Legal, a prestigious national law firm, is seeking a Client Relationship Management Lead to enhance its Marketing Communications team. This role is pivotal in managing the firm's CRM system, ensuring it effectively supports business development and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure data integrity and improve CRM workflows, including managing sales pipelines and tracking marketing campaigns.
- Create and oversee marketing analytics dashboards and generate regular performance reports.
- Act as the custodian of data, leading efforts to cleanse and maintain accurate records.
- Deliver training sessions on CRM usage and develop educational resources for team members.
- Engage with users and technical teams to prioritize and refine CRM functionalities in line with organizational needs.
- Assist in formulating and executing a CRM strategy that aligns with the firm's objectives and enhances business development efforts.
- Establish and enforce guidelines for CRM software utilization and data governance.
- Evaluate new CRM solutions and collaborate with IT to ensure seamless integration with existing platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest CRM technologies that could provide strategic advantages to the firm.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience with CRM systems is essential, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Preference for candidates familiar with MS Dynamics or Peppermint.
- Hands-on experience with CRM management tools and a solid understanding of data management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Note: Only candidates with relevant experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm, or a high-profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
