A prestigious national legal practice is seeking a Client Relationship Management Lead to become part of their regional team on a contractual basis. The Interim CRM Operations Specialist will play a vital role within the Marketing Communications department, focusing on the effective implementation, upkeep, and utilization of the firm's CRM platform, Peppermint/Microsoft Dynamics. This position entails overseeing the quality of CRM data, assisting system users, and ensuring that the CRM effectively supports business development and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure data integrity and enhance CRM workflows, including managing sales pipelines and tracking marketing campaigns.
- Create and maintain analytical dashboards for marketing insights and regular performance reports.
- Act as the custodian of data, leading initiatives to cleanse data and eliminate outdated or duplicate entries.
- Deliver CRM training sessions and develop educational resources for team members.
- Engage with end users and developers to refine and prioritize requests for CRM enhancements, ensuring they align with organizational objectives.
- Assist in the formulation and execution of a CRM strategy that aligns with the firm's vision and strengthens business development efforts.
- Establish guidelines and protocols for the effective use of CRM software and data governance.
- Evaluate new CRM solutions and collaborate with IT to ensure they integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
- Stay updated on innovative CRM technologies that could enhance the firm's operations.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience with CRM systems is essential, ideally within a professional services environment or legal firm.
- Preference will be given to candidates familiar with MS Dynamics/Peppermint.
- Hands-on experience with CRM management tools and a strong understanding of data management principles are required.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines effectively.
Important Note: Due to the specific nature of our clientele, only candidates with relevant experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm, or a notable relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
