About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned CRM Strategy Lead to join our team at Car & Classic. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive CRM strategy that drives customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a CRM strategy aligned with overall business goals
  • Manage CRM systems and tools to enhance customer insights and marketing automation
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of CRM initiatives
  • Utilise customer data and analytics to identify trends and develop targeted marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with broader business objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in developing CRM strategies to boost customer engagement and retention
  • Expertise in automating processes and creating personalised dynamic emails
  • Strong skills in using customer data to identify trends and drive targeted campaigns
  • Experience in optimising customer journeys and personalisation for a seamless experience
  • Proven ability to work with sales, product, and customer service teams to align CRM efforts
