Senior CRM Lead

Craft Gin Club is seeking a seasoned Senior CRM Lead to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM and retention strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM and retention strategies to attract, engage, and retain members
  • Implement data-driven marketing campaigns to drive key business results
  • Lead the charge in developing and implementing loyalty schemes to enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic approach and campaign implementation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM and retention in the D2C eComm subscription world
  • Advanced experience with Ometria or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and database segmentation techniques
  • Experience driving improvements in customer lifetime value and retention
