CRM Strategy Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Strategy Specialist to join our team at ASOS. As a CRM Strategy Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering ASOS's CRM strategy across various customer touch points, including email, SMS, push, in-app, and on-site communications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver ASOS's CRM strategy across various customer touch points
* Accountable for the day-to-day production of multi-channel customer communications
* Report on and analyse channel performance and campaigns
* Build solid relationships with cross-functional teams in the Customer Growth department
* Deploy campaigns, build audiences, and automated campaigns through ESP (Braze) and CDP (Simon Data)
Requirements:
* Previous experience within a CRM role at an agency or retailer
* Previous experience with quality assurance
* Ability to build campaigns and audiences across CRM tech stack
* An understanding of HTML and liquid language to personalise communications
* Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
* An analytical, proactive, and flexible approach
