Job Summary

We are seeking a talented CRM Specialist to join our team. As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing engaging email content plans, writing clear and compelling copy, and creating personalized email campaigns that drive results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Planning: Develop and implement email content plans that align with client objectives and KPIs.
  • Copywriting: Write high-quality, engaging copy for client emails that drive conversions and build brand awareness.
  • Email Design: Create visually appealing email headers and assets that align with brand guidelines.
  • Campaign Creation: Build and execute personalized email campaigns that drive results for our clients.
  • Customer Segmentation: Use CRM platform segmentation to create sophisticated customer segments and ensure the right messaging reaches the right audience.
  • Monthly Reporting: Work with the CRM Executive to track database growth, engagement, email performance, and the value of CRM activity.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins and sharing of content plans and monthly reports.
