Job Title: CRM Campaign and Content Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM campaign and content specialist to join our Loyalty and CRM team based in London. As a CRM campaign and content specialist, you will be responsible for executing CRM campaigns to support the delivery of our marketing plan, aligned to trading demands and topical and contextual moments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM campaigns to support the delivery of our marketing plan, aligned to trading demands and topical and contextual moments.
  • Lead the translation and QA process for all CRM communications with agencies, copywriters, and local market teams of copy decks and copy toolkits to an extremely high standard.
  • Align content and calendars with all owned channels, marketing, and merchandising teams to deliver best-in-class customer journey.
  • Develop and deliver CRM production briefs to the creative studio traffic manager.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the European region and provide clear insights to management and stakeholders on trade meetings.
  • Provide additional reports on specific CRM marketing activations and analyze performance against benchmarks.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry best practice to drive innovation in our CRM strategies.

Requirements:

  • Marketing, business, communication, or related studies.
  • Strong attention to detail and a good eye for impactful creative.
  • Customer-oriented focus, with a keen interest in retail and particularly within the fashion sector.
  • Eager to learn how to use different marketing technology platforms such as Airtable, Adobe Analytics, Email marketing platforms, Cordial, Movable Ink.
  • Fluent in English, across both written and spoken communication. Additional European language preferred with a preference for French, Spanish, or German.
  • Strong team player, able to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Strong MS Office skills, knowledge in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and Photoshop is a plus.
  • Available as soon as possible for at least 6 months, 12 months preferred.
