As the CRM Campaign Strategist, you will be instrumental in executing and managing advanced CRM strategies across various platforms, including email, push notifications, SMS, and personalized website experiences. Your role demands a blend of creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and strong analytical skills, all while thriving in a dynamic work environment.
Reporting directly to the Head of CRM, your focus will be on the strategic development and continuous improvement of CRM initiatives. This includes collaborating with design and content teams to ensure best practices are followed, as well as building targeted audiences, templates, and workflows within the CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multi-channel campaigns: scope, build, set up, test, quality assurance, and deployment of CRM initiatives across all channels, ensuring brand consistency and an exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate with the Head of Trade CRM to design and implement complex automated campaigns and customer journeys.
- Provide clear briefs for content and copy requirements that align with a highly segmented campaign approach.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven improvements to enhance key performance indicators.
- Implement A/B testing strategies and execute them effectively.
- Work closely with CRM and Analytics teams to embed optimization practices within the CRM culture.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns while adhering to established internal processes.
- Collaborate with various internal teams, including Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering, to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Contribute to the development of the CRM Playbook and maintain documentation as a reliable source of information.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Braze: hands-on experience in audience building, campaign management, and template creation.
- Expertise in Liquid Logic.
- Experience collaborating with Product or Engineering teams to facilitate data integration into the CRM platform.
- Extensive background in CRM with a focus on multi-channel strategies.
- Experience in delivering cohesive CRM programs that align with sales and operational activities.
- Essential: Practical experience in campaign management using multi-channel marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Campaign, Pardot/SFMC, Cheetah, and Klaviyo is advantageous.
- Experience in tactical campaigns, lifecycle automation, and customer data segmentation.
- Proven track record in campaign testing and optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end campaign development in a fast-paced setting.
- Desirable: Basic HTML coding skills.
- Understanding of data governance regulations (GDPR, PECR) and their implications for CRM operations.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration abilities are essential.
