We are looking for a driven CRM Manager who prioritizes user experience. Your efforts will be key in promoting user adoption, engagement, and revenue generation through various channels including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of exclusive seasonal campaigns tailored for the UK market, collaborating closely with teams across Marketing, Commercial, and Product.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for specific user segments, gaining deep insights into their preferences and campaign interactions.
  • Advocate for the customer by ensuring their feedback and needs are integral to all discussions.
  • Utilize data-driven experimentation to identify optimization opportunities and communicate findings to the team.
  • Maintain a keen focus on segment behavior, generating monthly reports that highlight key performance drivers and challenges.

  • Champion data and CRM initiatives, leading the planning and implementation of enhancements within the current CRM and associated technology stack.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in a CRM role within a B2C digital environment.
  • Comfortable managing large datasets for audience segmentation and campaign execution.
  • Proficient in Excel, with the ability to report on CRM key performance indicators.
  • Basic HTML knowledge for email customization, with the ability to modify template code.
  • Experience with dynamic content and personalization systems is essential.
  • Familiarity with customer audience management in a marketing cloud environment for effective segmentation and drip campaigns.
  • Experience in conducting experiments and sharing insights with broader teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of translating data into actionable strategies for enhancing engagement and monetization metrics.
