About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CRM Executive to join our team at Moonpig Group. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing CRM communications to our most loyal customers and members of our Plus subscription across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute CRM Communications: Work closely with various stakeholders, including commercial, creative, brand, and CRM Newsletter specialists, to plan and own the execution of cross-channel monthly communications plans.
  • Drive Repeat Orders: Support the planning and own the execution of new communication touchpoints that drive repeat orders across multiple markets.
  • Measure and Analyze Performance: Report on the performance of campaigns and share results with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
  • CRM Experience: Has some working experience and execution of CRM campaigns.
  • Communication Skills: Confident building email templates (may have some design or HTML experience).
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytically minded, always seeking new opportunities and spotting trends in data and results.
  • Passion for CRM: Passion for CRM and customer loyalty.
