About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Marketing Specialist to join our team at Conduco Resourcing. As a CRM Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for shaping and executing captivating customer journeys, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis (3 days on-site) at our client's site, with the added flexibility of working remotely for up to four weeks a year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute exciting marketing campaigns based on specific customer segmentation, or behavioral change objectives.
  • Drive customer awareness of services and products via education and promotional activity, customer engagement.
  • Carry out the fulfillment of promotional campaigns such as crediting Free Bets and Free Spins.
  • Analyze A/B tests and suggest changes to improve overall campaign performance.
  • Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to constantly improve targeting and campaign performance.
  • Work closely with the Creative team to deliver exciting on-brand content.
  • Report on campaign performance and provide insightful feedback to the marketing team and management.
  • Support the Marketing team in the planning and performance of all customer communications.
  • Facilitate flawless execution of campaign plans ensuring milestones are met and work is accurate and on time.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting which deliver on all Customer Marketing KPIs and with a clear focus on retention, activation, and reactivation.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by assisting with pilot projects to test new technology to optimize campaigns.
  • Always keep customer experience at the forefront of your mind when building communications.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in iGaming (Casino/sports betting)
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (Optimove would be highly desirable)
  • Data literate and comfortable in using data to make better decisions.
  • Ability to work with raw data to analyze campaigns and draw useful conclusions.
