**Sales and Marketing Manager - Marketing Expert**

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at EMR | Specialist in Marketing Recruitment. As a part-time Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering on the sales and marketing strategy, working closely with our Directors to achieve business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Marketing Strategy**: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive sales leads.
  • **Event Management**: Coordinate and manage industry events and awards, ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI.
  • **Content Creation**: Create high-quality content for our marketing platforms, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • **Sales Support**: Provide sales support to our team, including lead generation, lead qualification, and CRM management.
  • **CRM Management**: Maintain and update our CRM system, ensuring accurate contact and organizational data.
  • **Pitch and Proposal Support**: Support our pitch teams in drafting proposals and pitchbooks, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality content.

**Requirements**

  • **Experience**: Proven experience working in a sales and marketing role, preferably in an agency or advisory firm.
  • **Skills**: Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • **IT Skills**: Experience with Pipedrive, Mailchimp, and LinkedIn, with good PowerPoint skills and attention to detail.
  • **Copywriting**: High-quality copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.

**What We Offer**
