Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team on a part-time basis for a 9-month maternity cover fixed-term contract. As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering on the sales and marketing strategy, working closely with our Directors to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing: Track engagement across our marketing platforms, including newsletters, LinkedIn, and our website.
- Events: Maintain a calendar of industry events and awards, and support with the coordination of events.
- Content: Ensure content is regularly published across our platforms, and support the team in generating relevant content and updating our templates for business changes and news.
- Sales and Lead Generation Support: Record all potential leads in our CRM, and track engagement and actions from events and meetings.
- CRM Management: Review and update our target list for changes, and maintain and update distribution lists to ensure accuracy of contact and organizational data.
- Pitch and Proposal Support: Support pitch teams in drafting proposals and pitchbooks, and manage internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience: Background working in an agency or advisory firm preferred.
- IT Skills/Knowledge: Experience with Pipedrive, Mailchimp, and LinkedIn, with good PowerPoint skills and formatting.
- Copywriting: High attention to detail in external emails, pitchbooks, and proposals.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, planning, and communication abilities, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Confidence and authority to lead meetings and hold senior stakeholders to account, ensuring the broader team follows up on leads, connections, and actions in a timely manner.
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 pro-rata
