Sales and Marketing Manager – MAT Cover

A part-time Sales and Marketing Manager is required to support the company's sales and marketing strategy. The role is a 9-month fixed-term contract, working 24 hours per week.

About the Company

EMR is a specialist in marketing recruitment, working with highly regarded brands across the UK and Europe to communicate their value and access investors.

Purpose of the Role

Work closely with the company's Directors to deliver on the sales and marketing strategy, focusing on business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a marketing strategy to engage with the company's target audience, including tracking engagement across marketing platforms.
  • Content Creation: Ensure regular publication of high-quality content across the company's platforms, supporting the team in generating relevant content and updating templates for business changes and news.
  • Sales Support: Provide sales and lead generation support, ensuring that all potential leads are recorded in the CRM and that all leads and actions from events/meetings are recorded.
  • CRM Management: Review and update the company's target list for changes and track engagement, maintaining and updating distribution lists and ensuring the accuracy of contact and organizational data recorded.
  • Skills and Qualities: Excellent organizational, planning, and communication abilities, with confidence and authority to lead meetings and hold senior stakeholders to account.

About the Role

This is a part-time opportunity, working 3 days per week, to support the company's sales and marketing efforts during a 9-month maternity cover fixed-term contract.
