About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic marketing initiatives, sales partnerships, and event planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel sales and marketing teams, restaurant and bar management, and director of operations
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities through lead generation, event planning, and partnership development
- Manage and execute events, including private dining room events, restaurant and bar events, and other business development initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making
